Terézia

Terézia has had dogs since her earliest childhood. She has had Airedale Terriers since 2001, and it was during their grooming that she decided she’d become a groomer too. She received her dog groomer’s diploma in January 2016, and the rehabilitation dog masseuse degree the same year. She is a supporter of guide dogs. Many years of seminars, experience and trainings have had Terézia to become one of the best dog groomers in Budapest.

Saci

Saci graduated as a professional dog groomer in 2007, with excellent results. She has a dog past spanning over 18 years, starting with the Miniature Poodle, after which she became a Boxer fanatic, a passion still lasting today. Saci’s favourites also include the Westie. She does dog sports, flyball and also dog training, as Saci is a professional dog trainer at the same time, having been a tutor in dog schools in and around Budapest.

Kinga

Kinga has been crazy about dogs since her childhood. For over 9 years now, she has been both a dog and cat owner, and she grooms them too, regularly. In her free time she reads professional books and publications, she deems her professional progress as extremely important. Kinga is a regular guest on dog events, exhibitions. She graduated in 2010 as a dog groomer, and has ever since developed into one of the best in our grooming team.

Kitti

Kitti has been a dog lover since her earliest childhood, having grown up among dogs and having taken care of them. Today, she shares her apartment with three dogs: an American Staffordshire Terrier and two Yorkies. Becoming a professional dog groomer has long been her dream so she obtained her groomer diploma in 2017 and has worked in the profession ever since. She loves all breeds and is a member of our Sugár Mall team.

Klaudia

Klaudia has been a huge animal fan since her early childhood and decided, thus, very early on to devote her life to dogs professionally. She graduated in 2010 as a pro dog groomer and has been working as such ever since. Currently Klaudia shares her home with five Brazilian Bull Mastiffs, with whom she is a regular participant in Hungarian and international competitions. Klaudia, one of the best in Hungary, is also an avid promoter of animal welfare.

Bernadett

Bernadett has shared her home with animals from the earliest childhood, as they have played a significant role in her life. Bernadett’s favourite are dogs, she has two of them. Already at a very young age she’s known that she wanted to devote her life to animals, who are a major source of happiness – this is how she has become a pro dog groomer.

Veronika

Veronika was only five when the family got their first dog, a German Shepherd. With 11 she got her first own dog, though, a Newfoundland. They lived 12 years together. After that Veronika volunteered in many shelters and adopted Mona, a Jack Russel dachshund mix. Veronika got her dog grooming diploma in 2019 but she did so excellently that we immediately decided to keep her in our dog grooming salon in Óbuda.

Alexandra

Alexandra was already a pet owner when she was 7 – a Westie, whom she accompanied to the grooming salon regularly. She was always surrounded by animals: dogs, cats and horses. Alexandra lives with two cats. She obtained her first diploma in 2019 in the agrarian field, then followed the dog grooming diploma. Her favourite breeds are the Shiba Inu, the Border Collie and the Fox Terrier. Alexandra is a member of our Buda team.

Eszter

Eszter has already decided at a very early age that no matter what she does one day, it shall be with dogs – hence her profession: dog groomer. She loves the fact that she gets to know a new dog personality each time. Her goal is to make as many guests happy, as possible – be it dog or owner. Eszter has become a valuable team member in our Újbuda dog grooming salon.

Our prices are indicated in Hungarian forints, including Value Added Tax, and are valid from January 1, 2019. In the case of assignments carried out at the client, prices might vary – due to travel – in certain more remote areas of Budapest and beyond the boarders of the capital. All our customers sign the following Client Consent Form upon order.

I hereby hand over my dog(s) to [Operating Entity] Kft. (Seat: […], Company Reg. No.: […], Tax No.: […]) (hereinafter: Service Provider), based on Order Form No. _______________ (hereinafter: Order), in order to have the service or set of services detailed in the Order performed.

I declare that I hand over my dog(s) to the Service Provider only for the provision of the service(s) detailed in the Order. I do not claim services that have not been ordered in a written form on the Order Form.

The Service Provider performs the service detailed to the Order Form according to its best knowledge. Nonetheless I acknowledge that for the outcome or success of certain services such as training or socialization, the Service Provider – due to the nature of the dog(s) – cannot assume any responsibility.

I acknowledge that the Service Provider shall be free to determine certain details of the service flexibly – including the time of service delivery within a set range, the exact walking route, the training methodology, and if deemed necessary, change certain parameters of the service.

During service provision Service Provider shall undertake all expectable and rational measures for preserving the Dog’s good health. Service Provider does not, however, assume liability, if – against its continuous efforts of providing high-standard care based on the keeping and feeding principles set forth in the Dog Form offered by Service Provider and accepted by Client – due to weather or any other condition outside the Service Provider’s scope of responsibility, any deterioration in the Dog’s health condition (except accidents or damages caused by other dogs under the auspices of the Service Provider) or weight loss occurs. Should any deterioration of the Dog’s health condition occur during Service Provision, then Service Provider shall immediately contact Owner thereof. Owner hereby empowers Service Provider in the case of events requiring urgent intervention to proceed in full scope, autonomously, on Owner’s cost, at the veterinary center deemed appropriate by Service Provider.

I declare that I have done/will do everything in my power to enable or ease the provision of the service. In this sense, I will ensure easy access to and exit from the place where my dog(s) are kept. Should the service fail to be realized due to the failure to do so either in my presence or in my absence, I shall accept it as if the service was delivered. Should the access to the place after the delivery of the scheduled service not be possible, then the dog(s) shall be boarded at the Service Provider’s facilities at the prevailing cost of boarding.

The Service Provider only assumes responsibility regarding damages in valuables, with special regard to valuables in and/or around the home of the Owner if the damages on behalf of Service Provider’s colleague did not proceed according to the expectable, rational care. Should the minimal requirements fail to be met by the Owner, then such damages shall be borne by the Owner.

I declare that all data on the Order Form – with special regard to my dog's health status and background information – are true and were provided based on my best knowledge. For any damage to property, other dogs or to my own dog(s) resulting in from the false or imprecise provision of such data, I am, as owner, solely and fully responsible both in monetary and in penal terms.

I acknowledge, that Service Provider is entitled to deny service in case the vaccination against rabies and/or the vaccination pass/passport are missing. In case the Service Provider does provide the service nonetheless, it does not assume any liability for any disease or other related obligation resulting in thereof.

I declare that I have been informed in full about the combined (Distemper/Parvo) vaccination and have provided these in full accordance with the prevailing laws. I assume full liability for any disease and all consequences resulting from the lack thereof.

I declare that I have been informed in full about kennel cough and acknowledge that I have taken the necessary steps of protecting my dog at my discretion. As a consequence, I assume full liability for any respiratory disease and all consequences resulting thereof.

With the signing of the Order Form I accept the General Terms and Conditions set forth on the Service Provider's homepage and the payment obligation of the service fee according to the Order Form.

I acknowledge that the Service Provider is entitled to register my debit or credit card details in order to book a deposit upon arrival or to book a MO/TO (distant debit) during my absence in case of a prolonged stay. The Service Provider is entitled to deny service in the lack thereof.

I acknowledge that in case the Service Provider is unable to contact me within one month following the end of service indicated on the present Order Form, then Service Provider is entitled to hand over the dog to a rescue organization at its own discretion. I acknowledge, however, that this does not exempt me from my payment obligation for the service rendered for the period up until the measure, as well as the rescue cost itself.

I declare that I will not initiate a direct contact with the Service Provider's colleague actually performing the service, unless agreed otherwise. In case of a new order, service content or timing modification, problems or other exchange of information I shall exclusively contact the Service Provider.

I acknowledge that I fulfil the requirements of the Hungarian Government Decree 41/2010 (II. 26). Korm. on the ownership of pets, with special regard to the obligation of the provision of an electronic transponder (chip) on my dog(s). Should I not or only partly fulfil this obligation, then all possible monetary or other consequences shall be borne by me.

I declare that I have provided my dog by the time the service starts and during the full duration thereof with all necessary and unambiguous identification measures, on an easily identifiable spot, in a secure manner.

I acknowledge that the Service Provider uses all personal data provided here confidentially, according to the Decree 2016/679 EU (GDPR). I hereby give my permission to the Service Provider to use my data for marketing and other purposes. At the same time, I give my consent to receiving notifications either electronically or by regular mail about discounts, special programs or promotions on a regular basis.

I hereby assume full liability and exonerate Service Provider in full for any disease and all health and finance-related consequences resulting from the lack thereof.
