We kindly inform you that Our boarding centres do not account based on days started, but in 24h intervals. In case the time of arrival and time of departure is further apart than 4 hours, we shall account an additional day-care day. The quote does not include possible (and optional) transportation and grooming services. The transportation fee can be calculated with our Pet Transport Calculator, our grooming prices are indicated in our Dog Grooming Price List.

In case of veterinary treatments kindly be informed that the indicated price already includes transportation expenses to our premises (HUF ).

We kindly call our clients’ attention to our grooming cancellation policy: in case of cancellations 24 hours prior 50%, in case of cancellations 12 hours prior 100% of the service fee shall be charged.
